At all times accept life as the willow tree accepts the wind. Rather that fight the inevitable by being immovable as the oak tree, the willow will bend not suffering any hardships, whereas the oak will fight and fight and in the end will be destroyed by its own stubbornness. Tomorrow after the wind has calmed the willow will bounce back to its original straightness, whereas the oak will bear the unhealable scars of the day before.

Eastpoint Karate Club has been in Southampton for many years teaching Okinawan Goju-Ryu in a number of venues in the area.
The club is now run by Shihan Kevin Buxey 7th Dan with Sensei Peter Taylor 5th Dan , We have a dojo which is fitted with tatami mats as required, Focus pads, Fixed & Free standing kick bag, various other training aids. We offer a free trail session with no obligation to you, in a clean, safe & friendly environment. Call me personally on the number below or come to the club and have a chat over a brew, we will answer all your questions or concerns you may have.
All instructors are fully qualified and insured to teach at all ages
All Instructors have First Aid Certification and are CRB checked
We teach from the ages of 7yrs, any other style of martial arts are welcome to come along and join in with this friendly club with no bias and no politics come along you will be welcome just contact one of the numbers below to ensure we are training that evening as we train in a community centre on rare occasions they may close.

Tuesday Adults 8.00pm - 9.30pm
In the interest of security nobody will be allowed in the building after 7.30pm unless by prior arrangement.
